Welcome to IQuality. By accessing or using our website (iquality-glasses.com) or purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before making a purchase or using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing, registering, or placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent), that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Products and Services
IQuality sells prescription eyewear, sunglasses, lenses, and related accessories through our website and physical retail location in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
2.1 Product Accuracy
We make every effort to display product colors, dimensions, and specifications accurately. However, your device screen may render colors differently. Minor variations do not constitute a defect.
2.2 Prescription Products
For prescription eyewear, you are responsible for providing an accurate, valid prescription issued by a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist. IQuality is not liable for errors resulting from an incorrect prescription supplied by the customer.
2.3 Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, orders already confirmed will be honored at the price quoted at the time of purchase.
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.
4. Orders and Cancellations
4.1 Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed when sale order number is generated for you , payments is confirmed and or you receive an email confirmation from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
4.2 Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel a non-prescription order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Prescription orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as lenses are custom-made for you.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within Saudi Arabia. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. IQuality is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the courier. We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Non-Prescription Products
Non-prescription frames and accessories may be returned within 4 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging never opened. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
6.2 Prescription Products
Prescription lenses are custom-made and are non-refundable except in cases where we have made an error. If the prescription supplied by the customer is incorrect, we are unable to offer a refund.
6.3 Defective Products
If a product is defective upon arrival, please contact us within 1 day at our contact details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
all accepted refunds will be taking from 2 to 14 working days for the amount of the refund to be received by you
7. Intellectual Property
All content on iquality-glasses.com including logos, images, text, and design is the property of IQuality or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, IQuality's liability for any claim arising from your use of our products or services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
